  • With experience in Helpdesk service on platforms such as ERP, SAP, Totvs, CRMs, Legacy Systems, Web System, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge in Office Package and Windows;
  • Experience with helpdesk service platforms such as Jira, Stellar, 0800net, etc.
  • Availability to work on a day/night shift scale.

Education and Certifications:

Desirable Qualification:

  • Graduated (or studying) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related fields;
  • Experience with web/back-end development using technologies: .NET C#, WebAPI, MVC;
  • Experience with web/front-end development using TypeScript, JavaScript and HTML5, CSS\BootStrap;
  • Desirable knowledge in ASP.Net and/or Visual Basic 6\ COM+, ASP, KnockoutJS, AngularJS;
  • Analytical profile and focused on solving complex problems;
  • Knowledge of SQL Server;
  • Excellent knowledge of programming logic.
  • Knowledge of IIS configuration, website installation and maintenance;
  • Basic English.

Differentials:

Knowledge in mobile development using Xamarin, ReactNative or Ionic;

Experience with agile methodologies;

Requirements analysis.
